Through yoga, embodied movement, meditation, and soul-stirring discussion, you’ll connect with a community of like-hearted humans who are ready to remember their power, their presence, and their wildness.Come as you are. This workshop will be cofacilitated by Maria Palumbo, a Somatic + Trauma Informed, Mindfulness-based Sex and Relationship Therapist and Sandra Langner, RYT200 and a yoga therapist in training.
