Join us every Friday from 2:00-5:00pm at Rebel Garage (1 Burnside Rd West), a funky, community-based arts hub and coffee shop.
Our drop-in café is the perfect space for social connection and supportive conversation. Unwind with a cup of coffee, meet new people, or get creative with our self-directed art supplies and board games.
We provide sandwiches, coffee, tea, and baked goodies from local favorite Wildfire Bakery, all at no cost. Our Peer Support event hosts and activities leads are on-site with engaging conversation and social support.
Open Mic: 3:30-4:30pm
From 3:30-4:30pm, our weekly open mic invites musicians, poets & storytellers of all skill levels to take the stage! Rebel Garage offers various instruments, including a drum kit and guitars, available for you to use. While we no longer offer formal accompaniment, we encourage you to collaborate with others if you need support with a specific song. Whether you're performing or simply enjoying the music, it’s a fantastic way to connect with the community.
