Im Still Yo Mama is a deeply moving multigenerational stage play about love, resilience, faith, and the unshakable identity of motherhood. Just as life begins to settle into a rhythm of grandchildren family gatherings and well-earned peace an unexpected and silent adversary enters her world, Alzheimers disease. The once vibrant matriarch quick with wisdom and even quicker with a clever comeback finds herself drifting through moments of confusion and fear. Familiar rooms become unfamiliar landscapes conversations blur. Time itself begins to unravel. The roles of parent and child quietly reverse, bringing emotional strain difficult decisions and the sacred responsibility of caregiving.
