Flute player Ilona Kudina’s BALTIC TRANSIT is a creative collaboration with accomplished jazz vocalist Arta Jēkabsone, pianist Maxim Lubarsky, bassist Oscar Stagnaro and drummer Bertram Lehmann. BALTIC TRANSIT’s contemporary jazz compositions draw from the ancient motifs of Latvian folk songs and Latin-American rhythms, creating a unique synthesis of ideas.
