What - Illuminations Yoga™ is an All-Level’s Yoga practice that evolved from Jenny’s last book, Mind Over Mat, where you learn about your personal preferences and balance through the 5-Elements. You are gently guided through the practice but encouraged to listen to your inner-guru and experience “Chit Ananda" – an alignment that brings a sense of inner peace and joy. Illuminations Yoga™ is about discovering ease in the body, mind and spirit. Each class theme is based on the Astro-Numerology of the day.

About Jenny:
Wellness expert *Jenny Gallagher *is a private consultant, public speaker, 3-time published book author and yoga teacher with an E-RYT 200 certification. She is trained as a Life, Business and Wellness Coach, Reiki Practitioner and holds a Masters in Ayurvedic Nutrition. She is also a certified Numerology Practitioner through the Numerology Academy and specializes in Astro-Numerology. Jenny has one objective, helping people thrive.
Jenny’s passion for understanding energy through the above modalities and the Jungian Archetypes has personally helped her in her own life and she is committed to sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm with others, so you too can connect the dots.
