This is a beginner friendly, yin-based class perfect for all levels.We invite you to embrace the gentle movement of the water as part of your practice. With the board as your floating mat and the sky as your ceiling, you'll leave feeling grounded, restored, and renewed.
**The class is $45 per participant. You are encouraged to bring your own paddleboard, but the ELC has 2 paddleboards available for an additional $35 each.**
