Art can be a joyful way to unearth and express the authentic self. Led by our naturopath Mel, explore the autonomic nervous system through art whilst cultivating awareness and connection of your internal states of protection and connection. Illuminate the unconscious patterns and programs that are impacting your relationship with life to support your healing and sense of wholeness.Embrace the opportunity to unfurl your creative expression in a safe and nurturing space and walk away with a multimedia artwork. Led by our artist and coach Janet, who holds a judgement free space encouraging people to be themselves and brings a sense of playfulness to art. Includes a range of acrylic, collage, water colour paper, oil pastels, charcoal, and soft pastels; all provided for you.
All of this is anchored by Patti who is a practitioner and teacher of yoga and meditation for over 50 years, as well as a qualified coach, mentor, and holistic counsellor. She has a wealth of experience and wisdom to round out your journey, connecting the pieces together to help create a lasting change.
