Make space for fitness and get ready to sweat at IKEA’s HEJ-FIT Challenge!

What happens when two Swedish powerhouses known for making everyday life better come together? They get Singapore moving. Coming to IKEA Tampines on 19 and 20 September, IKEA and Volvo have partnered to launch the first-ever unique IKEA HEJ-FIT Challenge!

Selected participants in teams of two can take on a series of exciting challenges designed to get them moving together with creative ways to use everyday IKEA storage items. Step up to our playful fitness circuit, put your endurance to the test, and you could stand a chance to win a brand-new, fully electric urban-friendly Volvo EX30!* Up to 200 selected participants who successfully completed the challenges will also earn a one-of-a-kind HEJ-FIT finisher medal!

Registration is open to IKEA Family members at all IKEA stores and online until 9 September 2026. Members who register in person at any IKEA Singapore store will receive extra chances to be selected to compete for every $50 spent.* Customers who visit the IKEA Tampines store on 19 - 20 September, from 11am - 6pm , can also try their hand at a few Endurance Challenges on a first-come-first-served basis and stand to win $50 IKEA Gift Cards.*
