IIPC Pilates Classes

We are thrilled to announce that we will offer Pilates classes every Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for an eight-week block, beginning Thursday, October 3, 2024, here at the Irish Immigration Pastoral Center.

Pilates is a form of exercise focusing on core strength, flexibility, and balance, while also improving posture and body awareness. This class is a health and well-being initiative of the IIPC’s Wellness Program. ☀️

Pilates is perfect for those who are looking for new ways of relieving stress and pain, or simply improve their overall mental health and well-being. 🧠

For $120.00, All you need is a yoga mat and a willingness to try something new. 🤩
