IHRP Recognition Day Nov 2026

Artificial intelligence may be transforming work at unprecedented speed, but the future of organisations will ultimately be determined by how well they continue to invest in people. As technology reshapes jobs, skills and business models, HR has an increasingly important role in ensuring that innovation strengthens rather than weakens trust, purpose, well-being and human connection.

This November's IHRP Recognition Day brings together HR leaders, practitioners and newly certified professionals to explore what it takes to build human-centred workplaces in an AI-driven world. Through conversations on leadership, workforce transformation, national priorities and professional growth, participants will examine how HR can balance organisational performance with human outcomes.

Come learn and have conversations on what it means to build a human-centered workplace amidst an increasingly AI-driven world!
