Komodo Counsellor Connect Singapore

School counsellors carry immense workloads every single day. From managing caseload pressures and high-risk safeguarding cases to communicating with school leadership, your time and energy are constantly stretched.

Yet, opportunities to step back, connect with peers who truly "get" the day-to-day reality of the role, and share what’s working are far too rare.

This gathering is designed to change that.

Hosted by Komodo, this evening is built around listening first. We are bringing together school counsellors, pastoral leads, and safeguarding specialists across the region for an honest, peer-led conversation. This is a space to unpack shared challenges, celebrate team wins, and help shape how technology can better support the front lines of student care.
Whether you join us to gain fresh perspectives, reflect on your practice, or simply recharge alongside colleagues who understand the work, we’d love to have you in the room.
