Having held senior roles with MECCA, Country Road Group, Sportsgirl and Ramvek, Janine creates customer-focused environments that balance brand experience, commercial performance and operational excellence.

Paris Young - Paris is a design strategist, entrepreneur, and founder of Pascal Satori, a consultancy helping SMEs attract, engage and retain customers through strategic design. Paris is also CEO of Storepro, transforming retail store development by delivering strategic, end-to-end fitout programs for some of the world’s most recognised brands.

Renne Chen - Renee is founder and Creative Director of Fold Union Studio, with more than 15 years of interior design experience across residential and commercial projects. She creates refined, contemporary spaces that balance functionality, timeless aesthetics, and each client’s vision, delivering thoughtful environments that enrich everyday experiences through enduring design.
