August is a national wellness month and this is the right time to get back to the rhythm in your life.
Welcome to Wellness Mornings: A 4-week free introduction to breath, gentle yoga, and meditation designed for total beginners, elders, and anyone feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or simply out of rhythm with their body.
If you have been postponing your mental or physical wellness then this your Final call before Fall.
Each Session Will Help You:
- Understand how stress shows up in the body and mind
- Learn simple, science-backed breathwork techniques for calm
- Practice gentle yoga postures. Chairs provided for people who cannot sit on the floor.
- Explore guided mindfulness and meditation to reset your energy
