9:30a – Intro to Yoga with Zelinda
11:00a – Strong with Cinzia
12:30p – Gentle with Gabriel
2:00p – Gentle/Relaxation with Courtney
All classes will be held In-Person and Online via Zoom!
We teach yoga that works for people with all kinds of bodies and specialize in customizing the yoga practice so that everyone can comfortably participate and benefit. Our teachers offer options to intensify and simplify - you choose what works best for you!
