Reparenting the inner child is the journey of reclaiming our innocence, tending to old wounds, and becoming the guardian we once needed. It’s about breaking free from past conditioning, rewriting our story with compassion, and embracing the parts of us that still long to be seen, heard, and loved. the closure we seek won’t be found in the past; it’s something we must give ourselves, here and now.

We’re kicking things off with a writing workshop before the event starts! we’ll provide prompts related to the event theme to help you reflect on and express your thoughts, whether you're preparing to speak or just engaging with the theme in your own way. It’s a great way to ground yourself in the topic and connect with others before the main event.
