IE-LA Career Workshop

Overview:

IE Los Angeles will be hosting a career workshop to help support the IE community with making connections and finding future job opportunities. We have a rockstar panel to provide recommendations for navigating networking in Los Angeles and give advice for the current career ecosystem.

Agenda:

• 6:30 - 7:00pm: Welcome Reception - Dinner/Drinks provided
• 7:00 - 7:45pm: Career Panel
• 7:45 - 8:30pm: Resume Building / Industry Breakout Sessions
• 8:30 - 9:00pm: Additional panel remarks and call-to-action
  
  Volunteer Responsibilities:
• Panel: Participate in the panel answering the questions below around networking and optimizing your career search
• Resume Workshop: Spend 7-10 minutes reviewing resumes for select participants individually, with 1 panel expert
• Breakout Groups: Help the IE team lead 5 breakout groups by industry
