ICHIYO'S Matcha Lab - Session 1 - Hoshino Seicha-en

Hello Matcha Lovers! Introducing ICHIYO'S Matcha Lab, where we will be periodically holding events to explore the wonderful world of matcha in a casual, though objective manner. Join us for our first ever Matcha Lab meeting where we will be exploring the teas from the famed Japanese tea company, Hoshino Seicha-en!

As we know, high quality reputable matcha has become quite rare. As an authorized distributor for Hoshino Seicha-en, we have purposely reserved some matcha for this event, so more matcha lovers will have an opportunity to sample three high grade matchas that are nearly impossible to find these days; Yame no Tsuyu, Ike no Shiro, and the magnificent koicha-grade, Seijyu.

We will be focusing more on the traditional style of matcha, (Koicha & Usucha), and will be enjoying our tea with nerikiri prepared by Hakuhoan Tea Academy.

Whether you're a seasoned fan or new to matcha, this session is all about enjoying great tea, sharing stories, and having a chill time together. Don’t miss out – come sip, learn, and connect with fellow matcha enthusiasts!
