ICE Glasgow & West of Scotland CV Workshop 2025

How do you make your CV stand out in a competitive industry? What do engineering professionals actually look for when reviewing applications? And how can students best present their experience and skills?

Now is the time to find out! Engineering students are invited to take part in an in-person CV workshop hosted by ICE GWoS ECNET. The evening begins with a presentation on general CV writing tips—what works, what doesn’t, and how to tailor your CV for engineering roles. After that, students will rotate around tables to chat with professionals from across the industry, gaining informal feedback and practical advice on how to improve their CVs.

It’s a chance to ask questions, get insights, and build confidence in how you present yourself on paper. Bring your CV and get involved!

Pizzas/sandwiches and soft drinks will be provided on the night.
