Join us for our annual good old fashioned Ice Cream Social on August 27th from 4:30-6:30 at Veterans Memorial Park (by the Fountain on Grand Ave.) We will be serving scoops of vanilla ice cream with all kinds of toppings including the famous Hy-Noon Kiwanis Chocolate Chip Cookies. It's a buck a scoop- everything else is free. We will have a ton of games for the kids, a dancing flash mob and Spencer Reads will be handing out free books.
