Sub Rosa is excited to welcome it's first musical act to our space! WonderLick will be wrapping up their nationwise house tour with Sub Rosa as their final, and possibly more memorable stop!

Wonderlick is a Los Angeles–based indie rock band established in 2001 by Too Much Joy members Tim Quirk and Jay Blumenfield. They perform as an acoustic duo – a rather rocking and kinetic acoustic duo, but still: it's just two acoustic guitars and two unamplified voices.

Arrive early to tour Sub Rosa, meet your fellow dungeon concert attendees, maybe see some human furniture, and submit questions for Ask Two Traveling Bards, in which Tim and Jay act as advice columnists answering any questions between songs about life, relationships, the music business, or anything else you might be curious about, like how they ended up in a s*x dungeon in Portland Oregon.

This will be a concert in a dungeon - not just a dungeon party that has some music going on in the background. Doors are at 7pm, and the music is the main event from 8pm until about 9:30. Please be attentive and respectful while the band is performing.

All ticket proceeds go to the band.

FAQ

When will I get the address?

We like to keep Sub Rosa's location on a need to know basis. The address and other information will be sent out from Evenbrite 24 hours before the event. If you do not receive it please check your spam and other promo folders then reach out to [email protected] with your purchase email to request the address. For planning purposes, we are near The Grand Stark Hotel in SE Portland.

How loud will it be?

Wonderlick is an acustic duo.

What should I wear?

You need to arrive and depart Sub Rosa in Portland street wear. If you would like to fly your kink flag high and proud and wear something specal under your jacket, please do! We respectully ask that all genitalia be covered.

Do you have AC?

Sort of. We do, but depending on the weather, it can still get warm in the space with 25 or so bodies in there.

Will there be food?

Lite snacks will be provided. Wayfinder Brewery is around the corner if you would like to eat before or after the show. They close at 10pm.

Can I bring my own drinks?

We will provide sparkling water. Please feel free to bring a bottle of wine, beer, or other beverage if you like.

Can I bring my kids?

If they are over 21? Sure!
