Hate the cold? In fact taking ice baths increases your resistance to cold, so overall, and over time, you'll find yourself less affected by cold conditions. Even people that hate the cold usually don't find sitting in the ice half as bad as they expected - it's really mind over matter, and we're here to guide you through the sessions mindfully.

Come wearing your pilates ger, bring your swimwear and a towel, and something warm to wrap up in afterwards - a flask of coffee or a warm drink could also be a good idea.

The session will involve a pilates session by RYDE studios, followed by time to sit in the ice, remember this isn't a competition, so do what you feel you can on the day.
