Come join us for a wholesome Sunday morning. Move & Glow is hosted by Abbie Atherton and Millie Jones; two creatives with a passion to uplift, empower women while making a positive imprint on everyone they meet. The mission is to make a difference.
Move & Glow is a women only event and will consist of a Pilates session, a journalling masterclass and the most gorgeous brunch and snacks.
