Dir: Boots Riley, 2026, USA, 1hr 53mins. Cert: 18
Wed 18 November // 20:00
Tickets: £5
Boots Riley follows up Sorry to Bother You with a gleefully unhinged sophomore feature that scales up the chaos without losing its sharp-edged class politics.
Meet Corvette, Mariah, and Sade: Bay Area "boosters" making ends meet by shoplifting from trendy fashion chain Metro Designers and flipping the luxury goods. But when their high-stakes heists catch the eye of the brand’s visionary, megalomaniacal designer Christie Smith, it sparks an all-out war.
High-fashion integrity, Chinese factory conditions, and global media discourse collide in a pitched battle between outcasts and corporate empire.
