Want to help visitors explore all there is to see and do in SoSi? Register for the I Am Tourism: Ambassador Program!
This program provides free training for those who would like to become champions for Danville and Pittsylvania County. Learn about exciting attractions, dining and shopping options, accommodations, and more to help create memorable experiences for SoSi visitors. This half-day workshop features engaging presentations and a guided bus tour by Joyce Wilburn.
Upon completion of the workshop, participants will receive:
🍍 I Am Tourism certificate of completion
🍍 Pineapple lapel pin, the official symbol of hospitality
🍍 Passes to various attractions throughout the region to experience first-hand the many assets in SoSi
This course is free and open to the public!

TIME: 1-5pm
