Rootzwoman is a Native Hawaiian Alchemist of Aloha, born and raised in Nu'uanu, Hawai'i. Known as a Mother, musician/singer, creator, and practitioner of the Niu (coconut) lifestyle, she is a respected advocate for the preservation and sustainable use of Niu, which she honors as the Tree of Life.Deeply committed to her kuleana (responsibility) to the 'āina (land), her 'ohana (family), and her community, Rootzwoman embodies the teachings of the Niu, allowing its wisdom to guide her journey. As an Educator, Healer, and Bringer of Peace, she welcomes all those inspired to reconnect with their Roots and live in Harmony with the Earth and its inhabitants, Empowering them to embrace Balance and Sustainability in their Lifes.

PuaoEleili is a cultural practitioner of lomilomi (since 2010) and lāʻau lapaʻau (since 2014), specializing in Hawaiian birthing practices. She holds an MA in Hawaiian Studies from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, where she authored the first thesis on Hawaiian birthing practices. Throughout her journey in Hawaiian healing, the significance of daily lifestyles, community, the Hawaiian forest, and ancestral foods are foundational." ManGoFreeMan describes himself as: A Disciple of Niu. A vessel from which the Holy Water Floweth. With 15 yrs experience as a professional in the tree care industry ManGoFreeMan is using his passion and love for the coconut to educate, inspire and empower his community. He is an advocate, protector, care taker and forever; steward and student of the coconut.

Takeaway: Participants will leave with a jar of Wai Niu and fresh coconut meat to enjoy.
