On December 7th Greig Corr-Macleod from Bodyandsolefitness is taking on the monumental Challenge of..

8 rounds of 3k runs and triple reps at each Hyrox station. It’s a test of endurance and grit, and he’s doing it all to raise funds for those in need.

And he's doing it right here in FLY HQ!
We are providing the tunes and the famous FLY atmosphere to keep Greig going during this heroic task
Buddy Stations will be available so supporters can jump into a station and work alongside Greig to keep him going throughout the challenge
As if all that wasn't enough....
We are going to be running a competition of our own... FLY STYLE!

FLYROX

To show support for Greig and help raise money for Glasgow Food Banks we are holding our own in-house competition, FLYROX
FLYROX will be a race between 10 teams of 4 to complete a HYROX inspired workout with the signature FLY twist.
The teams will be competing for glory, bragging rights and some sick prizes from our friends at PRIMAL STRENGTH and RED BULL
Throughout the challenge, teams will also be able to help keep Greig going by running beside him on his efforts and keep the atmosphere alive!
ENTRY TO FLYROX
10 teams of 4 go head to head to complete FLY's toughest challenge yet...
Each team must nominate a TEAM CAPTAIN
Captains must purchase ONE TICKET for their entire team and include a TEAM NAME.
Along with the confirmation email, captains will receive the details of the workout and a link to donate their entry fee to the charity fundraiser via Just Giving
(minimum entry is £40, £10 per team member, although please feel free to donate more if possible. 100% of all proceeds go to Glasgow Food Banks)
The FLYROX competition is split into two waves
WAVE 1: 9am START - 11am TIMECAP FINISH
WAVE 2: 11:30am START - 13:30 TIMEC AP FINISH
*Entrance into each wave is first come first serve, 10 team spaces are available in each wave*

*Entry to the spectator zone for Greg's challenge is Free*

THE EVENT DAY
Throughout the day, not only will Greig be undertaking the HYROX challenge and our teams be racing for Glory, but we will also have on-site refreshments, stalls from our friends at REDBULL and LMNT, Live DJs, Games and challenges for you to snag some prizes and "Buddy Stations" for you to help Greig out and keep him company during his massive task

We’re also excited to welcome Graham Halliday as a special guest, Scotland's Number 1 HYROX Athlete and world ELITE 15 Racer
There is going to be something for everyone at this event and its all for a good cause!
