Join PUMA for the official HYROX Miami Shakeout Run led by In Paradise Running bringing together HYROX athletes, local runners, and the Miami fitness community ahead of race weekend.

Earlier in the day, the official HYROX pre-registration will take place at Pulisic Stomping Grounds from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (line closes at 4:30 PM).
Please note: Pre-registration at this location is only available for athletes competing on Friday.

The evening shakeout run will be a relaxed 3-mile community run led by In Paradise Running, designed to help competitors loosen up, connect with the community, and prepare for race day.

The run will start and finish at Pulisic Stomping Grounds, followed by networking, music, refreshments, and retail on site.

We will also be giving out custom event t-shirts to the first 300 attendees, available while supplies last.

Fleet Feet Miami will be on site selling the latest PUMA performance footwear, with demo pairs available to try before the run.
