HYROX 500 at BFT

Welcome to the HYROX 500 at Body Fit Training South Tempe!

Come join us April 18th at BFT South Tempe for an afternoon of HYROX prep. The Hyrox 500 consists of full race stations with half runs (500m each). This is a great way to test your skills and make improvements.

• First wave at 11:30am
• Wave times will be assigned day before
• Doubles, solo, or pro (if you want to see how you stack up with pro weights this is great way to try!)
• For logistics purposes, please purchase a doubles ticket and have a partner if you plan to do doubles. We will not be pairing solo tickets the day of event for doubles.
