This April, Lifted is celebrating Easter and the theme is Resurrection Power, because no matter where you've been, new life is possible.

Lifted is a monthly faith and fitness open gym experience created for anyone who wants to grow physically, spiritually, and in community. Whether you've never stepped foot in a gym or a church, or both, you are welcome here.

This is an open gym experience. Stay for everything or drop in for what speaks to you. You are welcome here at any point during the event.

What to expect:

• 🎶 Worship and praise music playing throughout the entire event
• 🚪 Open gym - come in, meet people, move at your own pace
• 🙏🏾 Opening prayer to set the tone together
• 🏋🏾‍♀️ Group workout led by trainer Julia (optional , open gym continues throughout)
• 🥚 Easter egg hunt — hidden around the gym for everyone to find
• 🎤 Guest speaker from Embrace Grace
• 📖 Bible study to close
• 🛍️ Christian vendors and marketplace open throughout the entire event

This month's community drive: 🍼 Diapers (sizes 1–3) We are partnering with Embrace Grace, a ministry that supports young moms choosing life. Please bring diapers in sizes 1–3 if you're able. Every donation makes a difference.

Lifted is a faith and fitness movement under TMPL619, working toward becoming an official nonprofit — keeping every event free and accessible for everyone.
