Are you ready to learn mindfulness tools to cultivate personal transformation in your daily living? How can Yoga Nidra help plant the seeds to intentionally living?
Yoga Nidra is an ancient mindfulness technique supported by modern science. Yoga Nidra is a state of deep sleep brain wave state, but with conscious awareness.
Join Jay Coldwell, RYT-200 & iRest Level 2 Teacher in this Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation class to:
-Explore what our heart most desires and how that fills our life with meaning.
-Plant the seeds of realizing our heart’s desire deep within our subconscious through the practice of Yoga Nidra. Those seeds then stay with us, grow, and bear fruit through any circumstance life presents for us.
-Tend to the garden of our heart at each moment and nourish those seeds we plant there, bringing our life to a flowering that gives our life meaning. Our actions and being ripple out in positive ways to everyone around us, bringing light, joy, love, and community to the world.
