Join Katie Ruiz, Certified Sound Therapist & Certified Yoga Teacher on a journey through the Chakras! Welcome the Winter season with Yin Yoga, Sound Vibrations, and Yoga Nidra.
In this 90 minute practice, you will:
-Learn restorative postures to open and restore each of the 7 major Chakras, the energy centers of the body.
-Appreciate what each Chakra represents in everyday life.
-Tune yourself to the musical tones that resonate with each Chakra. Notes are played with crystal singing bowls.
-Reinforce your balanced state with total body relaxation through Yoga Nidra.
What is Yoga Nidra? Also known as yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that includes an intention, body scan, visualization, and conscious awareness.
