Join us for a restorative sound healing session designed specifically for those experiencing hurricane fatigue and PTSD.
Led by certified sound practitioner Jess Griffin, this one-hour sound bath will help calm the nervous system and promote relaxation.
On Wednesday, November 27th at 7PM immerse yourself in soothing sounds that facilitate healing and rejuvenation at Wild Health St. Pete.
Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket, and to dress comfortably for an optimal experience.
As part of your energy exchange of $22 per person, you will also receive a complimentary CBD sample to enhance your relaxation journey.
