Are you needing support with painful joints? Want to support your tendons and ligaments? Are you concerned about your bone health?Join Tricia as she discusses an Herbal Medica that will support your muscular and skeletal systems. As part of the class fee, you’ll get to choose which herbs will help you, then you’ll get to make your own custom herbal blend to take home with you. Additional products can be made for a discounted rate of $10 each. Come with a friend, or meet some new, like-minded ones!
Cost: $40 In Person or $35 Virtual (online participants will not receive herbal supplies)
Please be sure to bring a small jar (~8 oz) to take home your product that you make. You may bring additional jars if you wish to make additional products.
