Speaker Name: Naomi Buff

Naomi Buff is a Transformational Coach, Breathwork Guide and Bionic Breathwork Master Trainer with over 14 years’ experience across wellness, personal development and entrepreneurship.

Her work brings together breathwork, nervous system regulation, somatic practices and coaching to help women create greater capacity for the lives and businesses they want to build.

Naomi’s own journey through entrepreneurship, motherhood, major life changes and rebuilding both her life and business has shaped the way she works today. She believes we can have the strategy, ambition and vision for more, but our ability to hold that growth depends on our capacity to receive it.

Through her coaching, breathwork experiences, retreats and facilitator training, Naomi works with women to move beyond the patterns that keep them stuck, reconnect with themselves and create change they can actually feel in their body, not only understand in their head.

She has delivered breathwork and wellbeing transformational experiences for individuals, communities and corporates.

But there is another part of growth that we rarely talk about: our capacity to actually hold and receive more.

In this experiential session, Naomi Buff will explore how our nervous system, breath and unconscious patterns can influence the way we show up in business, particularly around receiving, giving, visibility, boundaries and growth.

You’ll discover how breathwork can be used as a practical tool to regulate your nervous system, work with the internal resistance that can appear as you expand and create greater capacity for what you’re asking for.

Naomi will then guide the group through a powerful breathwork activation designed to move this out of the realm of information and into an embodied experience.

The session will finish with an open Q&A where you can explore breathwork, nervous system regulation, capacity and how this work can support you personally and professionally.

You’ll leave with an understanding of:

• What “capacity” actually means when you’re growing a business
• How your nervous system can influence how much you allow yourself to give and receive
• Why growth can sometimes create resistance even when it’s exactly what you want
• How to use your breath as a practical tool before launches, sales conversations, visibility, difficult decisions or moments of overwhelm
• What becomes possible when your body can begin to feel safer holding more
