As we enter our third year, we're excited to announce tryouts for the upcoming season, marking a significant milestone in our program's growth. With most of our players having spent a full year with us, they've developed a deep understanding of our system, discipline, standards, and expectations that set Hughley Elite apart.
We're looking to build on this foundation while welcoming new families who share our vision and are ready to grow with us. With plans to expand our team offerings, we invite you to be part of our continued growth and success both on and off the court.

Below, you'll find grade levels and tryout times. Registration links are now active.
GRADES 6TH – 8TH
11:45 AM – 1:15 PM
Elite-level tryouts for advanced players ready to compete at a high level, focusing on basketball IQ, pace, decision-making, competitiveness, and leadership. Designed for serious athletes preparing for middle school, high school, and beyond.

10:15 AM – 11:30 AM
Development meets competition. Tryouts will evaluate fundamentals, effort, coachability, and overall game awareness. Ideal for players looking to build a strong foundation while competing in a structured, high-level environment.

8:45 AM – 10:00 AM
Introductory competitive basketball focused on fundamentals, motor skills, confidence-building, and love for the game. We're developing future players through structure, discipline, and positive competition.

Hughley Elite is built on discipline, development, and long-term success. Our program emphasizes high-IQ basketball, accountability, teamwork, discipline, leadership, and character on and off the court. We don't just focus on winning games; we prepare players to compete at the next level and in life.
TRYOUT DETAILS
* Parents must check participants in on tryout day
* Parents are welcome to stay for the first 15 minutes only
* Tryout Fee: $25 + $2.50 processing fee (100% of proceeds go toward scholarships & team functions)
