HTC run squad is Monday nights at 5.30pm till 6.30pm starting from the Veranda Cafe at Hamilton Lake.The structure of the squad will mean everyone starts and finishes at the same time and you will be able to run at your own pace throughout.
The night starts with a 1-2km warm up followed by drills then a structured run session then finishes with a 1-2km cool down.
Sessions are run by Mike Wright & costs
