I'm excited to offer a community yin yoga class in Chartwell.
Breath is the focus as we stay in gentle poses for longer. This helps develop awareness of the body, and connect body, mind & soul. Other benefits are to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and help foster feelings of calm and balance.
My philosophy is that you do what your body will allow and you will receive the benefits.
You do need to be able to get onto the floor for this class.
My passion is showing people who cannot just rock up to a standard yoga class, for whatever reason, how they can do, and benefit from yoga.
If you sign up for the 9 week term it is $90.
Casual classes are $15/class
