What does Q do?
Your body is designed to be healthy and if it's not, its only showing you the areas you need to focus on to heal. ( Stressful environment = stressed cells = stressed human) Your external environment such as your home, your workplace etc. is only1/3 of the contributing factors to achieving a natural state of Homeostasis within your body. You also have your mental and emotional states to consider.
I help clients by identifying where they are in life at the time of the reading, I assist clients through their own healing by teaching them the tools and methods that I found have worked - so you can learn how to work alongside your body in an energetic & mental/emotional capacity. Energy work is fantastic however it can be a short-term fix for clients who are un-practiced at keeping a healthy and aligned mental/emotional state.
Your thoughts are a vibration as well. Your thoughts affect your choices, which affect your behaviors, which either doesn't or does allow your cells to heal themselves through the energy source that is already inside of them, I help clients get out of their own way through talk therapy, bodywork techniques, educational braingym and many more fun tools, tips and tricks so clients are equipped to maintain their own health after seeing me.
Each client I meet is different so it makes sense that I get to pull knowledge from many, many areas of study to assist in their forward movement, which may mean physical or emotional forward movement. All that matters to me is that each client is happy, aligned to their understanding of truth and can walk away with methods that serve THEM. It calls for a mindset shift and the willingness to commit to yourself for yourself using your trust and faith in not only energy but also science & biology.
