I'm excited to offer a community chair yoga class in Chartwell.
Chair yoga is perfect for older adults, those with an injury or limited mobility, those who have difficulty getting to the floor - for whatever reason, or for those wanting to try something different.
Breath is the focus as we move through gentle poses with the aid of the chair. This will help to improve flexibility & strength. It may also help to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.
My philosophy is that you do what your body will allow and you will receive the benefits.
My passion is showing people who cannot just rock up to a standard yoga class, for whatever reason, how they can do, and benefit from yoga.
If you sign up for the 9 week term it is $90.
Casual classes are $15/class
