This informal event provides an opportunity to hear from industry leaders, connect with HSRs from across different workplaces, exchange experiences, discuss emerging health and safety issues, and gain practical insights to support your role.

Whether you are a newly elected HSR or an experienced representative, the HSR Breakfast offers a welcoming space to build professional networks, share challenges and successes, and strengthen your knowledge of workplace health and safety.

• Discussions on current workplace health and safety topics
• Sharing of practical experiences and solutions
• Updates and resources to support your HSR role
• Light breakfast and refreshments provided

Agenda:
8am: Registration, arrival tea & coffee and light breakfast
8.30am: Official welcome and housekeeping
8.40am: WorkSafe Victoria – HSRs in health care, what they can do, how they can do it
8.55am: HSR panel with WorkSafe Victoria
9.55am: Event closing
10am: Event conclusion

Registration: This event is for ANMF (Vic Branch) members who are current HSRs. You must register to attend this HSR breakfast. Registrations close Wednesday 30 September 2026, 5pm. Breakfast will be provided. Please advise any dietary requirements when completing your event registration.

Getting to the venue
Melbourne Central, Flagstaff and State Library railway stations are a short walk or tram ride away from 535 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne. From Flinders St station, tram routes 19, 57 and 59 travel along Elizabeth Street and all stop outside Queen Victoria Market, close to ANMF.

There is no parking available within this venue.

Limited parking exists near the venue, with two hour paid street parking located on Elizabeth Street and at the rear of the venue on O’Connell Street.
