Líosa Beechinor BL
- "Administration of Estates – Probate Papers Alterations, Codicils and Appended Documents"
- Líosa is a barrister practising in probate and succession law, as well as land law, conveyancing, trusts, and landlord and tenant matters. She regularly appears before the courts in these areas and also provides opinions and advisory work on related non-contentious matters.
Laurie Darcy
- "Will-Annexed Applications Demystified"
- Laurie is a solicitor specialising in probate practice. She works with firms to progress probate files and resolve rejected applications, with a strong focus on improving processes and reducing risk. Laurie holds the STEP Diploma and tutors on the Law Society PPC Advanced Probate & Tax module.
Jim Dalton
- "E-Probate: Latest Updates"
- Jim Dalton of the Irish Courts Service works within the ICT Digital Team and leads the e-Probate project, which is focused on digitally transforming the probate process and enabling online probate applications.

Designed as a “back to basics” session, the workshop aims to give practitioners a practical understanding of the process and increase confidence when dealing with will-annexed probate matters.
