HPD FIT / Information Session

Registration is required, but this event is FREE!

You must be free of any pre-existing injuries to participate in the HPDFIT program.

Free public parking is available in the parking lot of Ala Moana Regional Park, however, we recommend arriving early to secure parking.

Check-in for the HPD Fit will be near the tennis courts, back of McCoy Pavillion.

Upon arrival, you will complete a contactless check-in process using your mobile device. Please be prepared to provide your Driver's License and information for two (2) emergency contacts.

Do not bring any valuables with you or leave them in your vehicle. The HPD is not responsible should any items be lost, damaged or stolen.

Please arrive in appropriate workout attire and bring hydration.
