About this Event
Expect a balanced, energizing workout that leaves you feeling strong, supported and connected to your body.
We will be using some promps like balls and weights (we have 2 pounds and some 3 pounds to spare) but if you need more weight you are welcome to bring your own set.
We will move you throught a progressive sequence that challenges your amrs, core, legs, glutes and other parts of your body while emphazing control, breath and alignment.
What you need to bring:
Your own Mat
Water
Towel
Weights (if you want heavier than 3 pounds)
Pilates Ball (if you have your own)
This Class is suitable for all levels, with options for intensity level. So you can work on your own pace and still feeling challanged.
