About this Event

For people who can already confidently ride a bike and want to gain the skills and confidence to ride alongside other road users.

  • Friendly and fully qualified cycling instructors
  • Bikes, helmets and all equipment provided (or bring your own if you prefer)
  • Our qualified and experienced Cycle Instructors will help you start riding on quiet streets and progress onto busier roads as skills and confidence develop.

To take park in this session you MUST be able to:

  • control your bike
  • signal (ride one handed)
  • look behind whilst riding
  • use gears
