How to Prepare the Garden for Winter

Now that the weather is cooling down, it is time to prepare the garden for winter. Its both a time to garden clean up, but also preparing for your next crops.

  Park in the gravel parking lot next to the community garden and orchard. This is uphill from the community center

  67 bus. Get off at William Penn HWY and Northern Pike. About a 15 minute walk down Northern Pike. CAUTION: there is not a sidewalk most of the way and slim sholder to walk on.
