If you feel like you've been looking in the mirror and lying to yourself, this free seminar is for you.
If your affirmations feel like you're lying to yourself, you've been taught wrong. Affirmations work, but only when they're written in a truth-affirming way. It's a skill that takes years to master, yet many teachers of this skill are "the blind leading the blind."
To remedy this information gap, we're delivering our free seminar, How to Make Affirmations That Work , in person in downtown Toronto to only 20 guests at a time.
We'll make a case for why the glass is half-full and teach the foundational principles of how to write well-formed affirmations. Bring your affirmations that aren't working (or affirmations from gurus you've been following) and we'll workshop them until they feel truthful and impactful to you. Examples:
Before: "Everybody will find me worthy and lovable." After: "I have all the worth and lovability of a living human being, whether others see it or not."
Before: "I am always confident and capable." After: "I can get through anything with my present-day capabilities and my lifelong journey of learning."
Before: "I make only healthy choices." After: "I nurture my body as life that is under my care."
