Starting a nonprofit organization is an amazing way to bring people together and make a difference in your community. The How to Legally Form a 501(c)3 Nonprofit and LLC Small Business in Georgia workshop will carefully guide participants through the step-by-step process of starting a nonprofit organization and small business.
As a 501(c)3 nonprofit you will be able to apply for grants accept donations and will be exempt from paying federal corporate income tax.
Participants will receive a 30-minute lunch break in which our staff will serve free lunch catered from Maggiano’s Little Italy restaurant to all attendees. Vegetarian meal options will be available.
