Gen Kelsang Lhachog is the Resident Teacher at our Sister Centre, Uma Kadampa Meditation Centre in Carlisle.
She has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism and meditation for many years and she is well loved for her gentle and kind approach as well as her clear and practical teachings. We are very happy to have her visiting us for this event!
