About this Event
How to Create a Calming Space at Home for Your Child
A Community Workshop for Parents and Caregivers
Children experience big emotions, stress, and sensory overwhelm just like adults. Creating a calming space at home can help children learn how to regulate their feelings, relax their bodies, and feel safe when emotions become overwhelming.
Join us for this interactive community workshop, where parents and caregivers will learn simple, practical ways to create a calming space in their home that supports emotional regulation, focus, and comfort for children.
This workshop will provide easy-to-use strategies that families can begin using right away.
There will be no childcare for this event, as it is for our parents and caregivers. Look out for our upcoming family events!
