In Person at the Chemeketa Center for Business & Industry- 626 High St. Salem

This presentation will discuss what resilience looks like in adults and in children. We will work on ways to build on or develop resilience in one's self and in the workplace. Lastly, will explore how to move forward and grow from setbacks in life and better understand self-efficacy.
